The Principles of "Interpersonal Communication" Based on Allameh Helli's View and Its Educational Implications

Acquiring effective interpersonal communication skills in such a way that both personal growth and prosperity and the high social goals are met requires the existence of native efficient patterns; and the works of religious elders can be a useful source for the extraction and processing of such patterns. The purpose of this research is achieving the principles of interpersonal communication based on the Allameh Helli’s testament and extracting its educational implications (especially for adolescents). Sampling was done based on the objectives of the study. Data collection and data analysis were proceeded simultaneously and continuously. This research has a qualitative approach; information gathering was taken place through inductive analytic documentary method; and the research method is of descriptive type. Based on the findings, the principles of interpersonal communication were obtained in three layers of communication: a) Principles of public communication in society (kindness, patience and magnanimity; avoiding oppression and hurting others; protecting oneself from harmful relationships); b) Principles of religious brothers (helping; supporting; and intellectual communication with co
and scientific exchange); c) Principles of communication with scholars (having a respectful attitude towards them, becoming companion with them, and learning from them). Also, seven educational principles were proposed to foster oriented attitude, rationalism, self esteem, interpersonal communication: God oriented networking, and friendlily cooperation. popularity, selectivity, growth The appropriateness of the above communicative principles and recommendations to the Islamic approach, as well as the multilayered and the specificity of these communicative principles can be considered as the strengths of Allameh Helli’s view. |
