The Effectiveness of Teaching Planning Based on Spirituality and Islamic Teachings on Anxiety and Academic Resiliency of Students

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of spiritual education and teaching of Islamic religion on academic resiliency and academic anxiety of secondary school male students. methodology: this study was a semi-experimental one with pre-test and post-test with control group. the statistical population of this study consisted of all male high school students in Tabriz in academic year98-99. Multistage cluster sampling was used to select the sample. For this purpose, 40 students were selected after the screening and were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. Then 10 training sessions were conducted for the experimental group and the control group and did not receive any training. Pre-test and post-test were used for exam anxiety and academic resiliency questionnaires. the data were then analyzed using mixed analysis of variance. the results of data analysis showed that teaching spirituality-based curriculum and the teachings of Islamic religion had an effect on reducing academic anxiety and increasing students, academic resilience.

The Relationship between the Parent's and Teachers' Spiritual Intelligence and Happiness of Elementary School Students: Mediating Role of Students' Spiritual Well-Being

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of school students' spiritual well-being in the relationship of the spiritual intelligence of parents and teachers with the students’ happiness. The research was of descriptive-correlational design and its statistical population included all school students (male and female) in the fifth and sixth grade of elementary school in Shiraz city in the school year 2017-2018. The research sample was selected through systematic random sampling. The teachers and parents responded to King's Spiritual Intelligence Self Report Inventory (2008) and the student responded to Spiritual Well-Being Questionnaire by Paloutzian and Ellison (1991) and Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (2002). The calculations demonstrated the reliability (Cronbach's alpha) of the tools used. The research hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 23 and AMOS22 software. The results showed that the effect of spiritual intelligence of teachers and parents on students' spiritual well-being was significant. Also, the effect of spiritual intelligence of teachers and parents on students’ happiness was significant. The results showed that students' spiritual well-being had a positive and significant effect on their happiness. The results of mediation analysis showed that the indirect effect of teacher's spiritual intelligence on student happiness was significant. Moreover, the results indicated that the indirect effect of parent's spiritual intelligence on student happiness was also significant. Finally, the findings indicated the effect of spirituality effective people such as teachers and parents on students' spiritual well-being as well as their happiness and confirmed the need to pay attention to spirituality in life.

Designing a Model of Religious Education Strategies for Preschool Children in the Family (Mixed Research (

The purpose of this study was to design and fit a model of children's religious education strategies in families; The research method is mixed (qualitative) with qualitative-quantitative design. The research population consisted of all parents of preschool students in Urmia city, 14 of who were selected by purposeful and theoretical data saturation rule. Data collection tools in the qualitative section were semi-structured interviews and the quantitative part was a questionnaire. After parental consent, the interviews were anonymously recorded and transcribed. In the second part, 222 parents were selected by simple random sampling and answered the questionnaire questions. To analyze the data was used in the qualitative analysis, the four-step method by Powell and Renner (2003) and in the quantitative part was used of the structural equation model. The software used in the MAXQDA10 qualitative section was in the quantitative analysis of SPSS16 and AMOS21 software. According to the results of the qualitative research, parents use four major strategies of “modeling”, “Islamic lifestyle”, “educational media” and “religious environments and occasions” to teach their children religion. The structural equation modeling findings also showed that the four strategies of the conceptual model of research fitted and influenced the variations of parents' religious education practices with children; It is suggested that parents use the religious education strategies presented in this study to preschool children.

The Study of the Practice of Islamic norms by high school male students from the viewpoint of teachers and school principals and providing practical solutions

The main objective of this study is to assess the effect of Islamic norms on male high school students from the viewpoint of teachers and school principals. It is also proposed to provide practical solutions to encourage students to practice of Islamic norms for other research purposes. According to the nature of the subject and the research objectives, the research is a mix method of exploratory type. The statistical population of this study included all teachers, principals and deputies of Tehran Secondary Schools in the academic year 2015-2016, Based on the Kerjesi and Morgan tables, 270 teachers, secondary school principals and deputies were selected by cluster sampling method. A sample of 16 experts and 15 students were selected for interview by purposeful sampling. Data collection tools: - Semi-structured interviews in two forms: interview with the experts, interview with students and rating scale. The results of the study showed that the teachers, school principals and deputies, secondary school pupils were more than average in Islamic norms in terms of coverage and appearance, respect for religious rites, adherence to respect and respect for the director, teachers and others School staff, respect for ethics and behavior with other students, are hygienic and keep the school's space open and fail to fulfill their duties.

Realizing school in Vision 1404 requires human resource management to build commitment, loyalty, trust and productivity. Therefore, the present study, in the year 1976-96, explores the organizational support requirements of the school outlined in the Education Transformation Document using a concurrent nesting approach. First, by analyzing upstream education documents and semi-structured interviews with 13 key informants and training system experts, the perceived organizational support requirements perceived in HRM subsystems were extracted. For in-depth and in-depth study of the phenomena and benchmarks of the qualitative method, useful training complex was selected as a sample for the field goals and through Eisenberg standard questionnaire (1986) perceived organizational support results among 118 employees. And the sample teachers selected were reviewed. According to the research findings obtained in 4 human resource management subsystems (provision, adjustment, improvement, maintenance and application), the result was that school educational leadership, when based on goodwill, creates a moral climate at school and a moral commitment in staff. It provides perceived organizational support framework, although justice is important and needs to be addressed in mechanisms, especially financial (in provision, allocation and consumption). In the meantime, human dignity is a strategy for establishing a relationship of goodness and justice between leadership and the individual. Also, designing a compensation system in a way that can satisfy all members with a comprehensive and comprehensive approach requires diversity and commitment.

Developing A Political education Curriculum Model based on the social-political education dimension of Fundamental Transformation Document of Education For Iranian Junior High School students

This study was conducted with the aim of developing a Political education Curriculum Model based on the social-political education dimension of Fundamental Transformation Document of Education for Iranian Junior High School with using quantitive Research method. To select the sample based on a targeted sampling method and principle of reaching saturation in qualitative research. Finally, 14 specialists, 9 members of the textbook writers And 6 of the teachers' heads were selected as samples. The data collection tool was Semi-structured Interview. For data analysis qualitative analysis methods such as Categories Content analysis and Them analysis was used. The results showed that the philosophical basis of the curriculum model is Islamic realism, ideal theory of the political education curriculum is critical, The conceptual structure of the political curriculum includes justice, Self esteem, Law enforcement, Selection, responsibility, Identification of political institutions tasks, Participation, Patriotism; Curriculum Organization Structure is Integration (unity within the learner) and The syntactic structure of the political curriculum is Interpretation and critically. In response to the forth question, the quality of the nine elements of the political curriculum was determined and finally results showed that social studies, Persian language, writing skills, and culture and art have the greatest potential for addressing the political curriculum in Junior High School. As a result, it can be said that the comprehensiveness and attention to the effective elements of the political curriculum is one of the most important features of the political curriculum model Which can help to improve the level of knowledge, attitude and political insight of junior high school students.
