fa بررسی نقش روش الگویی کارگزاران نظام آموزشگاهی در پیش بینی دین داری دانش آموزان دختر شهر تهران تخصصي- كمي Special- quantitative پژوهشي Research هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی نقش روش الگویی کارگزاران نظام آموزشگاهی(مدیران، معاونان پرورشی و دبیران پیام های آسمانی) در پیش بینی دین داری دانش آموزان دختر شهر تهران است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبســتگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانش آموزان دختر&nbsp; نفر به روش 280 )1970 دوره متوسطه شهر تهران بود که براســاس جدول کرجسی و مورگان( خوشه ای چند مرحله ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شــدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسش نامه ) در سه فرم(مدیر آموزشگاه، معاون 1382 تربیت الگویی کارگزاران نظام آموزشگاهی فضائلی( ) بود که 1384 پرورشــی و دبیر پیام های آسمانی) و پرسش نامه سنجش دین داری شجاعی زند( روایی و پایایی آن توسط ملا کهای روان سنجی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده های حاصل توسط ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل گرفت. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از این است که بین روش الگویی مدیران مدارس، دبیران پیام های آسمانی و دین داری دانش آموزان همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و روش الگویی مدیران مدارس و دبیران پیام های آسمانی از قدرت پیش بینی دین داری دانش آموزان برخوردارند. دیگر یافته این پژوهش وجود رابطه بین روش الگویی معاون پرورشی مدرسه و دین داری دانش آموزان دختر بود که علی رغم وجود رابطه بین این متغیرها تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که روش الگویی معاون پرورشی مدرسه از قدرت پیش بینی دین داری دانش آموزان برخوردار نیست.<br> &nbsp; The present study was carried out to investigate the role of modeling method of school systems&rsquo; staff and administrators [principals, vice-principals for extracurricular programs, and heavenly messages (Payamhay-e-Asemani) instructors] in predicting Tehrani female students&rsquo; religiosity. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study comprised high school girls in Tehran. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan Table (1970) and 280 students were selected through multi-stage cluster sampling method. The instruments included Fazaeli&rsquo;s Questionnaire on the Modeling Method of School Systems&rsquo; Staff and Administrators (2003) in three forms (principals, vice-principals for extracurricular programs, and heavenly messages instructors) as well as Religiosity Questionnaire (Shojaeezand, 2005) whose validity and reliability were confirmed by psychometric criteria. The obtained data were analyzed by using correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results indicated that there was a significant, positive correlation between the modeling method of principals and heavenly messages instructors and students&rsquo; religiosity. Moreover, the modeling method of principals and religious teachings instructors could predict students&rsquo; religiosity.
