fa شناسایی مؤلفه‌های ارزیابی آموزشی-رفتاری معلمان و دبیران مدارس اسلامی: مورد مطالعه مدارس طلوع شهر تهران (یک مطالعه کیفی) تخصصي- كيفي Special-Qualitative كاربردي Applicable <strong>هدف</strong>: این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی مؤلفه‌های ارزیابی آموزشی- رفتاری معلمان و دبیران مدارس اسلامی طلوع انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش</strong>: مطالعه‌ای حاضر پژوهشی کاربردی است که به روش کیفی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه صاحب نظران، اعم از خبرگان نظری در حوزه ارزیابی آموزشی- رفتاری معلمان&nbsp; و خبرگان تجربی در حوزه ارزیابی آموزشی- رفتاری معلمان&nbsp; مدارس اسلامی طلوع بودند که&nbsp; به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار پژوهش &nbsp;مصاحبه نیمه ساختار‌یافته‌ بود. &nbsp;اعضای نمونه در این پژوهش پس از مصاحبه با&nbsp; 10نفر، اشباع نظری در پاسخ‌ها به دست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری تماتیک استفاده گردید.<br> <strong>یافته</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>ها:</strong> &nbsp;بر اساس نتایج مؤلفه‌های مؤثر در رابطه با ارزیابی آموزشی- رفتاری معلمان و دبیران مدارس اسلامی طلوع ، 69 مولفه &nbsp;به صورت ویژگی‌های : اخلاقی و شخصیتی، ویژگی‌های تخصصی، مهارت‌های تدریس، ارزیابی آموزشی، کنش روانشناسانه و مدیریت کلاس استخراج شد. 19راهکار، &nbsp;نیز به صورت راهکارهای آموزشی و راهکارهای رفتاری استخراج و تقسیم‌بندی شدند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>:&nbsp; از پیامدهای مهم شناسایی مؤلفه‌های ارزیابی آموزشی- رفتاری معلمان و دبیران ؛ &nbsp;نوآوری آموزشی، کنترل و نظارت و ارزشیابی است. &nbsp;<br> <strong>Objective</strong>: This study was conducted to identify the components of educational-behavioral evaluation of teachers and teachers of Islamic schools in Tollou<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Method</strong>: The present study is an applied research that has been done qualitatively. The statistical population of the study was all experts, including theoretical experts in the field of educational-behavioral evaluation of teachers and experimental experts in the field of educational-behavioral evaluation of Tollou Islamic school teachers who were selected by purposive sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview. The sample members in this study, after interviewing 10 people, obtained theoretical saturation in the answers.
