fa اثربخشی آموزش راهبرد مقابله مذهبی صبر به شیوه گروهی بر مهارت حل مساله دبیران تخصصي- كمي Special- quantitative پژوهشي Research هدف از تحقیق حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش راهبرد مقابله مذهبی صبر به شیوه ی گروهی بر مهارت حل مساله دبیران است. جامعه اماری کلیه دبیران خانم شاغل در منطقه ۱۸ اموزش وپرورش شهر تهران است. برای نمونه گیری در ابتدا به صورت خوشه ای تصادفی یک مدرسه به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد و سپس از بین ۷۰ نفر دبیران&nbsp; این مدرسه،&nbsp; ۵۰ نفر&nbsp; به صورت در دسترس و داوطلبانه&nbsp; انتخاب شدند. ۳۰ نفر که پایین ترین نمره را در مقیاس حل مساله کسیدی و لانگ کسب کردند به طور تصادفی در دو گروه ازمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. اموزش صبر به عنوان مداخله در طی ۱۰ جلسه بر گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد. روش تحقیق شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه است. &nbsp;ابزار اندازه گیری ، مقیاس سبک های حل مساله کسیدی ولانگ است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که گروه ازمایش تفاوت معناداری از لحاظ رشد مهارت های حل مساله نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته اند(<span dir="LTR">p<0.01</span>) و &nbsp;آموزش راهبرد مقابله مذهبی صبر به شیوه ی گروهی &nbsp;بر مهارت حل مساله سازنده(خلاقانه، اعتماد و گرایش) و غیر سازنده( درماندگی، مهارگری، اجتناب) &nbsp;دبیران خانم موثر می باشد. بنابراین از &laquo;اموزش راهبرد مقابله مذهبی صبر&raquo; می توان به عنوان یک مداخله در جهت رشد مهارت حل مساله دبیران استفاده کرد.<span dir="LTR"></span>&nbsp; &nbsp; The aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching the religious concept of patience in a group manner on teacherschr(&#39;39&#39;) problem-solving skills. The statistical population is all female teachers working in the <span dir="RTL">18</span>th education district of Tehran. For sampling, first a school was randomly selected as a sample and then <span dir="RTL">50 </span>teachers were selected as available. The <span dir="RTL">30 </span>individuals with the lowest scores on the Cassidy and Lang problem-solving scale were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. Patience training as an intervention was performed on the experimental group during <span dir="RTL">10 </span>sessions. The research method is quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test with a control group. The measurement tool is the scale of Cassidy Wolang problem-solving styles, the reliability of which in the present study was <span dir="RTL">0.75 </span>for constructive problem-solving styles and <span dir="RTL">0.79 </span>for non-constructive problem-solving styles. Findings showed that &quot;patience training&quot; in a group method is effective on problem solving skills (constructive and non-constructive) of female teachers.
