There is a widespread evidence of a significant decline in the quality of interpersonal ethics in student social relationships<span dir="RTL">.</span> In this research that stage, with the aim of using the great potential of the &nbsp;action research method in promoting moral intelligence of the first high school students, it was attempted to , Students&#39; ethical intelligence will be promoted through an action-oriented approach and in the form of three independent and related actions. Data were collected using Lennick, Kiel &&nbsp; Jordan &#39;s moral intelligence Inventory (2011). For data analysis, collected&nbsp;&nbsp; data two levels of primary status of students and three applied were used by the Wilcoxon test. Findings indicate that the interventions of researchers have changed the moral beliefs of students and improved the students&#39; moral relationships through three steps (p<0.01). Also, weekly notes and observations from researchers indicate that students have promoted their moral intelligence.
