fa الگوی تنبیه بر اساس آیات قرآنی و سیره علوی در سازمان‌های آموزشی تخصصي - فلسفي special-Philosophical پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;">یکی از روش‌های ادیان آسمانی برای تربیت انسان و اصلاح مسیر حرکت او &laquo;تنبیه&raquo; است. در محیط‌های آموزشی و حرفه‌ای نیز تنبیه راهکاری برای اصلاح مسیر متربیان و کارکنان و دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی است. با توجه به وجود سازوکار تنبیه در محیط‌های آموزشی و حرفه‌ای و بروز آسیب‌های احتمالی و نیز نبودِ الگویی جامع برای آن، تحقیق حاضر، در پی تبیین اهداف، اصول و روش‌های تنبیه اسلامی و ارائه الگویی بر اساس آیات قرآن کریم و کلام امام علی(ع) است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. آیات قرآن و کلام امیر مؤمنان به‌عنوان جامعه تحقیق و روایاتِ ناظر به اهداف، ضرورت‌ها و روش‌های تنبیه، به‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. برای مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق از نرم‌افزارهای قرآنی و حدیثی استفاده کردیم. سازماندهی مطالب با نرم‌افزار &laquo;سیتاوی&raquo; و کدگذاری با نرم‌افزار &laquo;مکس‌کیودا&raquo; انجام شد. در فرایند تحلیل مضامین، سه نوع کُد‌گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام دادیم. در فرایند تحلیل مضامین قرآنی، به تفسیرهای معتبری همچون تفسیر نمونه، المیزان، نور و الجامع لأحکام القرآن مراجعه و استناد کردیم. بررسی آیات قرآن و کلام امام علی(ع)، نشان داد که سازوکار تنبیه دارای &laquo;اهداف&raquo;، &laquo;آداب و اصول&raquo; و &laquo;روش‌های متعدد&raquo; است؛ افزون بر این تنبیه غیرعالمانه و غیرعادلانه آفات و آسیب‌های فراوانی در پی دارد. برخی از &laquo;آداب و اصول تنبیه به شیوه اسلامی&raquo; عبارت‌اند از: تعادل در تنبیه و تناسب آن با مقدار خطا؛ پرهیز از تنبیه بیش از ظرفیت؛ توجه به احوال و شرایط تنبیه‌شونده؛ تنبیه همراه با رفق و نرمی؛ پرهیز از تنبیه در حالت خشم؛ اجرای تنبیه به‌صورت مرحله‌ای و آغاز آن از مراتب خفیف؛ پرهیز از تنبیه پس از &laquo;تنبّه و اظهار پشیمانی&raquo;؛ عجله نکردن در تنبیه و به تعویق انداختن آن؛ پرهیز از تکرار زودهنگام تنبیه؛ تفهیم و تبیین دلیل تنبیه و مصداق تنبیه. به‌منظور پیشگیری از آفات و آسیب‌های تنبیه، آموزش مبانی نظری در حوزه &laquo;آداب و اصول تنبیه&raquo; و &laquo;انواع روش‌های مؤثر و متناسب&raquo; و نیز آموزش کارگاهی و عملیاتی چگونگی اجرای تنبیه، به تمامی مدیران و مسئولان ضرورت دارد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">One of the methods of the heavenly religions to train man and modify his course of action is &quot;punishment&quot;. In professional and educational settings too, punishment is a strategy to modify the path of students and employees and to achieve organizational goals. Given that there are punitive mechanisms in educational and professional settings and the potential for harm, and regarding the lack of a comprehensive model for it, this study seeks to explain the objectives, principles, and methods of Islamic punishment, and to provide a model based on the verses of the Holy Quran and Imam Ali&#39;s words. The researchers used qualitative approach and thematic analysis method. The verses of the Holy Quran and the words of Imam Ali^(PBUH) were used as research community. Therefore, verses and narratives about the objectives, necessities and methods of punishment were purposefully selected and studied as research samples. We used Quranic and <em>hadith</em>-related softwares to study the research literature. Research literature was organized with Citavi software and coded with MaxQDA software. In the process of thematic analysis, three types of coding were used: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. In the process of analyzing the Quranic themes, valid exegeses such as <em>Tafsir</em> <em>Nemuneh</em>, <em>Tafsir al-Mizan</em>, and <em>Tafsir Noor</em> were cited<span dir="RTL">.</span> A review of the Quranic verses and the words of Imam Ali^(PBUH) showed that the punishment mechanism has &quot;objectives&quot;, &quot;procedures and principles&quot; and &quot;multiple methods&quot;; in addition, the unjust punishment may cause many disasters and harm.
