fa تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر مسئولیت‌پذیری دانش آموزان بر اساس رساله حقوق امام سجاد (ع) با تأکید بر نقش مدرسه An Explanation of Factors Influencing Students' Responsibility Based on the Rights Treatise of Imam Sajjad (PBUH), with an Emphasis on the Role of School تخصصي- كيفي Special-Qualitative پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر مسئولیت‌پذیری نوجوانان بر اساس رساله حقوق امام سجاد (ع) و سپس تبیین نقش مدرسه در افزایش روحیه‌ی مسئولیت‌پذیری دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه اول بود. روش پژوهش کیفی، از نوع تحلیل محتوا بود. ابتدا از طریق بررسی اسناد به شیوه استقرایی عوامل مؤثر بر مسئولیت‌پذیری بر اساس رساله حقوق امام سجاد (ع) شناسایی شد. در مرحله دوم، به شیوه تحلیل قیاسی نقش مدرسه بر هر یک از عوامل استخراج‌شده از طریق مصاحبه، تبیین شد. بدین منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز در سه بخش، کدهای باز، محوری و منتخب صورت گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش در تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر مسئولیت‌پذیری دانش آموزان بر اساس رساله حقوق امام سجاد (ع) ذیل 13 مقوله اصلی طبقه‌بندی شد؛ ازجمله: شناساندن موقعیت، توجه دادن به ابعاد پیامد عمل، ترسیم اهداف متعالی و تقویت درک اولویت‌ها. بر اساس نظر متخصصان 3 مؤلفه اصلی با 25 زیر مؤلفه که بر فرایند مسئولیت‌پذیری دانش آموزان اثرگذار است، استخراج شد. به ترتیب مؤلفه آموزشی شامل زیر مؤلفه‌های روشنگری، تبیین و تحلیل گری، روش تدریس فعال، تدریس مشارکتی، تفاهم گری و بیدار گری بود و مؤلفه پرورشی؛ الگو بخشی، مهارت ارتباطی مربی، تفاهم گری، انسجام‌بخشی، خود هدایتی، هنجارگرایی، صلاحیت علمی- اخلاقی مربی، هدایت‌گری، عمل‌گرایی، فرصت سازی، اعتماد گری، موعظه گری، امیددهنده، مدیریت تفاوت‌ها، حمایتگری، تذکر و ارشاد و سنت آفرینی؛ و مؤلفه سازمانی شامل زیر مؤلفه‌های فرهنگ مدرسه، جو حمایت‌گرانه، جو مشارکتی، تکلیف گرایی بود. در تحلیل بیشتر، یافته‌ها نشان داد نقش‌های سه‌گانه (آموزشی/پرورشی/ سازمانی) بر روی 12 عامل شناسایی‌شده بر اساس رساله سجادیه (ع) در فرایند مسئولیت‌پذیری دانش‌آموزان اثرگذار بود؛ اما بر عامل محسوس سازی معانی و مفاهیم، صرفاً نقش آموزشی معلم و بر عامل یادآوری خدمات دیگران و ظرفیت شناسی، نقش پرورشی مربی اثرگذار بود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد، به ترتیب نقش پرورشی و آموزشی با بیشترین اهمیت و تأکید از سوی متخصصان تعلیم و تربیت در کنار نقش سازمانی بر مسئولیت‌پذیری دانش آموزان اثرگذار است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of the present study was to identify the factors affecting students’ responsibility based on the Rights Treatise of Imam Sajjad(PBUH), and to explain the role of school in increasing the spirit of responsibility in high school students. The researchers used the content analysis technique of the qualitative research method. Through inductive method, the documents were analyzed to determine the factors influencing students’ responsibility based on Imam Sajjad’s Rights Treatise. Then through deductive method, the role of the school was explained according to the factors extracted from the interviews. Data analysis was also carried out in three sections: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Based on the Imam Sajjad’s Rights Treatise, 13 main categories of the factors affecting students’ responsibility were introduced: defining the context, highlighting the dimensions of action, outlining transcendental objectives, enhancing the perception of priorities. According to the components that influenced the students’  experts’ views, 3 main components with 25 subcomponents  responsibility process were inferred. Educational component included sub of illumination, explanation and analysis, active teaching method, participatory teaching, components of introducing  understanding and awakening. Training component included sub a model, communication skills of teacher, understanding, development of coherence, ethical competence of teacher, guidance, pragmatism,  direction, normalization, academic  self development of opportunities, trusting, preaching, development of optimism, management of differences, protection, recommendation and guidance, and creation of traditional practices. components: school culture,  The organizational component included the following subsupporting atmosphere, participatory atmosphere and homework. The analysis of the findingsshowed that the three (educational, training, and organizational) roles of school influenced the 12 factors that were effective on the students’ responsibility process according to the Imam Sajjad’s Rights Treatise. Teacher’s educational role was merely effective on the concretely definition of the concepts, and teacher’s training role was effective on the reminding of the favors of others and also on the recognition of competencies.
