fa تبیین نقش معلم از دیدگاه قرآن کریم: ارائه یک الگوی چند وجهی در جهان امروز تخصصي- كيفي Special-Qualitative پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#e36c0a">ه<span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:16px;">دف:</span></span></span></span></b><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:16px;"> <span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن تحولات سریع و پیچیدگی‌های جهان امروز و تأکید بر اهمیت نقش معلم در تربیت نسل‌های آینده، به بررسی و تبیین این نقش از منظر قرآن کریم پرداخته است. هدف اصلی، ارائه تصویری جامع و مطلوب از نقش معلم در نظام تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی و دستیابی به شایستگی‌های معلمی با استناد به گزاره‌های استنتاج‌شده از قرآن کریم و با توجه به مقتضیات زمانه است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#e36c0a">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش کیفی و روش های بکار رفته در آن تحلیل مفهومی و استنتاج پیش رونده ، با پیش‌فرض جامعیت، نظام‌مندی و عدم زمان‌مندی قرآن مجید بوده که با بررسی دقیق آیات منتخب به عنوان نمونه و جامعه آماری، 60 گزاره ی تربیتی در جداول اختصاصی استخراج و سپس با تحلیل هر گزاره و تناسب آن با نقش معلمی 50 نقش استنباط شده‌اند و سپس این نقش ها به صورت یک الگوی هشت بعدی پردازش شده اند.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#e36c0a">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که نقش معلم در قرآن چندوجهی است و فراتر از انتقال صرف دانش بوده و مسئولیت او فراتر از کلاس درس است</span>. <span lang="AR-SA">در این راستا، الگوی هشت‌بعدی نقش معلم با هسته مرکزی هدایتگری استخراج و ارائه گردیده که شامل نقش‌های دانش‌افزایی (عالمانه)، راهبری (مربیانه)، درمانگری (طبیبانه)، فلسفه‌ورزی (حکیمانه)، غمخواری (مادرانه)، میراث‌داری (فرهنگ‌سازانه)، جامعه‌سازی (مصلحانه) و مدیریتی (مدیرانه) می باشد. </span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#e36c0a">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">این پژوهش بر ضرورت بازنگری در نظام‌های تربیت معلم و توانمندسازی معلمان بر اساس ابعاد هشت گانه تأکید می‌کند تا معلمان بتوانند نقشی مؤثر در تربیت نسل آینده ایفا کنند.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#404040"><b><span style="color:#e36c0a">Objective:</span></b> Considering the rapid transformations and complexities of the modern world and the crucial role of teachers in shaping future generations, this study investigates and elucidates the role of the teacher from the perspective of the Holy Qur&rsquo;an. The primary aim is to offer a comprehensive and ideal image of the teacher&rsquo;s role within the Islamic educational system, grounded in propositions inferred from the Qur&rsquo;an while considering contemporary requirements.</span><br> <span style="color:#404040"><b><span style="color:#e36c0a">Method:</span></b> This qualitative research employed conceptual analysis and progressive inference, based on the assumptions of the Qur&rsquo;an&rsquo;s comprehensiveness, systematic structure, and timelessness. Through a meticulous examination of selected verses &mdash; treated as the research sample and population &mdash; sixty educational propositions were extracted and organized into dedicated tables. Following a detailed analysis of each proposition and its relevance to the teaching role, fifty distinct roles were inferred and subsequently synthesized into an eight-dimensional model.</span><br> <span style="color:#404040"><b><span style="color:#e36c0a">Results:</span></b>&nbsp; The findings reveal that the Qur&rsquo;anic perspective on the teacher&rsquo;s role is multifaceted, transcending mere knowledge transmission and extending far beyond the confines of the classroom. Accordingly, the study proposes an eight-dimensional model of the teacher&rsquo;s role, with guidance at its core.
